Edison High school athletic department is happy to announce that athletic clearances can now be completed online.

We have uploaded all of our clearance forms to the athletic clearance website. This will allow our athletes to do their clearance paperwork from home. Every form can be filled out online and your sports coach will have access to the forms. This will cut down paperwork and allow the coach instant access to their athletes to see where they are in the clearance process. An athlete must be cleared before participating in any sport. To be eligible to play volleyball for Edison High School you must complete the following:


1. Before camp or tryouts: Each participating athlete must have a physical with proof of insurance on file with the school prior to tryouts as required by Ed Code #32220-24.  If you were unable to complete your clearance paperwork and upload a copy of your athletes physical prior to camp or tryouts, please bring a physical copy with you. 
2. After succesfully completing tryouts: Please print out and bring the provided signed confirmation page you receive from Home Campus with the $90 fee to the outside finance window at Edison HS. This fee covers transportation and conditioning.  Checks payable to EHS. There is a 3% transaction fee for credit card payments. After successful completion of tryouts, your athlete must also have ImPACT concussion testing done and on file for the 2023-2024 school year. You will receive a link from the Athletic Trainer which will allow you to complete this test. If you do not receive an impact test, email the Athletic Trainer, jmorgan@hbuhsd.edu, for a new link
